These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayMeCheck, a software platform operated by Glabs Capital LLC. By accessing or using PayMeCheck, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
PayMeCheck provides payment-link technology and smart contract deployment tools. Each merchant receives a dedicated smart contract that automatically splits incoming stablecoin payments between the merchant wallet and the platform treasury according to a pre-configured fee rate locked at contract deployment.
2. Technology provider only
Glabs Capital LLC provides software infrastructure only. We do not custody, hold, transmit, or control customer or merchant funds at any point. We are not a payment processor, money transmitter, escrow agent, custodian, bank, or financial institution. All fund movements occur on public blockchains via autonomous smart contracts beyond our control once deployed.
3. Non-custodial nature
Funds flow directly from the payer's wallet through the merchant's smart contract to the designated recipients (merchant wallet and platform treasury). PayMeCheck wallets and servers never intermediate these transfers. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
4. Fees
Platform fees range from 1% to 5% per payment, negotiated per merchant and immutably set in the smart contract at deployment. Onboarding fees may apply based on integration complexity. All on-chain fees are transparent and verifiable on block explorers.
5. Merchant responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction; tax obligations; securing your wallets and private keys; the legality of goods and services you sell; configuring webhooks and integrations correctly.
6. No warranties
The service is provided "as is". Smart contracts and blockchain networks carry inherent risks including bugs, network congestion, and regulatory changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific transaction outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glabs Capital LLC shall not be liable for any loss of funds, smart contract failures, blockchain network issues, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where practicable.
