PayMeCheck is operated by Glabs Capital LLC. We provide software and smart contract infrastructure that enables merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments via dedicated on-chain contracts. We do not custody, hold, transmit, or control user funds.
2. Information we collect
We may collect: account information (email, name) for merchant and admin access; technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security; payment metadata (payment link IDs, transaction hashes, amounts) indexed from public blockchains; webhook configuration you provide.
3. Blockchain data
Transactions on public blockchains are permanent and publicly visible. We index on-chain events to provide payment status and webhooks. We cannot delete or modify blockchain records.
4. How we use information
We use collected data to operate the platform, authenticate users, deliver webhooks, provide support, improve the service, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Fund custody disclaimer
Glabs Capital LLC is a technology provider only. We never receive, store, or control merchant or customer funds. All payment splits are executed automatically by autonomous smart contracts on public blockchains. We are not a money transmitter, custodian, bank, or financial institution.
6. Data retention
Account and payment metadata are retained while your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect platform data. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your account credentials and private keys.
